Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Product Manager - Dental (CPM) based in Gørløse, with the flexibility to work from home part-time. The CPM will oversee the lifecycle of dental products, manage product strategy, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D teams to optimize product portfolio performance. Additional responsibilities include identifying market trends, analyzing data to make informed decisions, and ensuring the successful execution of projects from concept to market launch. The CPM will also work closely with key stakeholders to foster innovation and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Product Management and Project Management skills to oversee product lifecycle and execute strategic initiatives effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Proven experience in Sales and the ability to drive revenue growth through product optimization strategies
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and product performance for data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with both in-office and remote responsibilities
  • Experience in the medical device or dental industry is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree is a plus
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial
