Copenhagen, Copenhagen, Denmark ECCO Full time

Are you motivated by keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and ensuring creative production teams have exactly what they need, when they need it? This is your chance to make a tangible impact by keeping production processes aligned and ensuring everything is ready when creativity goes into action.

Become part of our creative production team

You will join the Global Marketing Creative team, working alongside a team of producers and creatives. The atmosphere is supportive, hands on and fast paced, with plenty of opportunities to learn, contribute and explore how we can develop and improve our ways of working.

This role is central to making our seasonal campaigns and shoots run without friction. During your first months, your main priority will be sample coordination while you learn the ordering and inventory processes and become confident working with the tools we use within the organisation.

You will:

  • Coordinate samples across seasons, track shipments and ensure our products arrive safely and on time.
  • Take responsibility for organising, storing and preparing samples for photo and video productions, including sending them to other regions when needed.
  • Work closely with producers to support administrative tasks such as contracts and POs, while keeping production calendars, timelines and updates structured and accessible.
  • Ensuring samples are available, ready and accounted for ahead of every shoot.

As you grow in the role, you will help maintain accurate inventory, strengthen documentation routines and contribute to smooth collaboration across production, creative and external partners.

You enjoy keeping track of many moving parts and take pride in following tasks through

In addition to that, we imagine that you have:

  • Experience from production coordination, operations or a related role, ideally 1 to 3 years, but other relevant experience is welcome.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with inventory or production tracking tools is an advantage.

Are you the one to contribute to a smooth, efficient and well prepared production setup that brings our creative work to life?

We look forward to receiving your application as soon as possible. If you have questions about the position, you are welcome to contact Sandy Ying, Director of Production and Creative Operations, on
