Your role

As a Sales Manager for the Marine segment in OXYMAT, your mission is to develop the Marine business of OXYMAT in a profitable way and grow market share through building strong relations with ship owners, shipyards, agents and partners through professional business advisory, improving customer's productivity and operational cost.

You will

  • Drive sales in the assigned territories and segments
  • Identify, attract and develop key accounts and agents
  • Find new potential customers
  • Strengthen OXYMAT's position within the assigned territories
  • Support marketing activities in the assigned territories and segments
  • Develop pre-qualified leads into business opportunities
  • Analyse customer's specification documents
  • Prepare quotations, technical agreements, negotiate and close deals/contracts
  • Listen to the customers and provide feedback to Product Manager
  • Diligent use of CRM system and sales tools

  • Technical and commercial background with Marine business. Preferably previous experience selling industrial equipment to shipyards
  • Experience with mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to engage with people from many countries and cultures
  • Strong focus in building relationships though an emphatic, proactive and dynamic approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Job location

This role is a global role with a significant amount of travel activity. While in Denmark, you will be working from OXYMAT's new premises in Birkerød.
