Now we're looking for someone who knows what makes content work. Someone who moves fast, thinks creatively, and wants to build with people who care just as much about quality as they do momentum.

You'll work directly with me (Mik) and help shape how startups grow through video in the years ahead.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Planning ideas alone and with the team
  • Shooting (either yourself or with creators)
  • Editing with a sharp eye for hooks, pacing, and polish
  • Testing, learning, and improving based on what performs
