What you will be doing

• Build and maintain the data foundation for our AI and ML solutions.
• Develop data pipelines and integrations that process, analyze, and enrich large volumes of hiring data.
• Take ownership of data and AI based projects end-to-end: from concept to release to ongoing iteration.
• Act as the bridge between the Data team and the Software Engineering team on cross-team projects and shared practices.
• Contribute to the evolution of our data architecture, workflows, and engineering practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues across engineering to help improve the hiring experience for millions of candidates.

What we are looking for

You are an analytical problem-solver who digs deep into data, understands underlying patterns, and solves issues methodically while maintaining a positive and critical mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Python for data processing, scripting, and working with APIs.
• Experience building or maintaining data pipelines, transformations, automations, or ETL-like workflows.
• Familiarity with SQL and general database concepts.
• Comfort with version control and collaborative development workflows.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript or a modern framework).
• Having experience with DevOps best practices and AWS Cloud would be beneficial
• Experience in SaaS is a plus.
• Strong communication skills when working with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Ability to pick up new tools quickly and work across the stack when needed.
