The Role

We're hiring Software Engineers who want to build real systems—not just design diagrams. You'll write type-safe, efficient code and work closely with hardware and real-time environments. This is a role for strong individual contributors who love simplicity, precision, and solving hard problems from scratch.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong programming skills in type-safe languages (e.g., C++, Go, Rust)

  • Passion for writing efficient, maintainable, and low-latency code

  • Interest or experience in hardware integration, real-time systems, or performance tuning

  • No interest in "cloud architecture" or enterprise boilerplate—just real code

  • You're motivated by working with physical systems and building things that actually run

What Success Looks Like

  • 3 months: You've delivered working features and improved the system

  • 6 months: You've taken ownership of critical components

  • 12 months: You've helped shape how we build and what we build
