and be part of a dynamic team ensuring efficient and timely product launches in an international specialty pharmaceutical company.

The Role

As Launch Manager, you will support the full launch process – from regulatory handover to market entry – working closely with colleagues across Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Tender Management, Quality, and Finance, as well as with external partners. A central part of the role is orchestrating internal and external readiness while challenging stakeholders to optimize outcomes across all phases of the launch.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Forecasting support
  – gather and validate relevant market and product data and collaborate across departments to analyze competitive landscapes and assess opportunities.
• Coordination of production and timelines
  – ensure alignment with external manufacturing and supply chain partners, based on jointly defined project plans.
• Persistent project follow-up
  – monitor partner deliverables, challenge terms and timelines where needed, and ensure milestones are met.
• Cross-functional launch coordination
  – orchestrate collaboration across internal teams (Regulatory, Supply Chain, Tender, Quality, Finance) to secure timely and successful launches.
• Continuous improvement
  – contribute to refining Macure's launch approaches across product categories (own MAs, distribution products, retail, and hospital products).
• Serialization set-up
  – establish the necessary data connections and uploads, coordinating with external partners to ensure timely implementation of serialization connection.
• NMVO set-up (National Medicines Verification Organization)
  – initiate and secure timely registration with NMVOs.
• Pricing applications
  – prepare and submit price applications in relevant markets according to established deadlines.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone structured, analytical, and motivated to grow in a cross-functional role with many moving parts.

• Relevant Master degree or B.Sc. mixed with relevant industry experience (e.g. Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations)
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to spot risks and opportunities
• Excellent communication skills, including confidence in managing external stakeholders
• Proactive and persistent, with a structured approach – comfortable challenging timelines and guidelines constructively to drive efficient and timely launches.
• A strong team player who also takes responsibility for own tasks, from planning to execution
• Experience from generic medicines or parallel import is a plus
• Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language is required.
