We are looking for a skilled
Freelance Payroll Consultant
to support our client payroll processes across Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working independently, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee payroll processing for Denmark, Norway, and Sweden, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Act as the go-to expert for payroll queries and legislation.
  • Coordinate with outsourced payroll providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain employee records in ADP and assist with HR documentation.
  • Deliver timely reports and resolve issues proactively.

Your Profile:

  • Solid experience in payroll and HR administration for Denmark and Norway.
  • Hands-on experience with outsourced payroll management.
  • Strong understanding of Nordic employment laws and tax compliance.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English; Danish language skills are a plus.
