THE OPPORTUNITY

We're looking for a Business Controller to join our Logistics department — someone who turns numbers into insights and insights into action.

Our HQ is currently in Hyllie, just a short train or car ride from Copenhagen, with an exciting relocation to central Copenhagen in early 2026. You'll have the flexibility to work in both Sweden and Denmark.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Distribution costs.

Collaborate across departments, providing data, KPIs, trends, and insights to support decision-making.

Conduct ad-hoc analyses and support business cases for operational initiatives.

Develop and enhance reports and analyses using Qlik and Excel.

Perform risk assessments and strengthen internal controls, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Proactively identify and implement efficiency improvements in cost control and reporting.

YOUR PROFILE

You have a strategic, analytical mindset and a passion for improving financial and operational processes. You enjoy working with numbers, Excel, and BI tools in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your approach to problem-solving is proactive and innovative. You are a driven person who is eager to learn and contribute.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).

2+ years' experience in controlling, finance, or similar roles.

Strong knowledge of financial and operational processes, internal controls, and data analysis tools.

Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complex financial insights for all stakeholders.

Experience within Logistics is an advantage but not a requirement. Curiosity and eagerness to learn are key.
