The Opportunity

Dawn Health is a leading digital health company enabling Life Science partners to build beautifully designed, high-reliability digital products at speed and in compliance with the highest quality standards.

We are expanding our Product team with an experienced Product Manager who will own outcomes end-to-end: shaping vision and strategy, driving product discovery and delivery, and partnering closely with engineering, design, clinical, regulatory, and our client stakeholders across the pharma value chain.

Role Overview

As a Product Manager, you will:

  • Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and goals—anchored in measurable outcomes for patients, users, and the business.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to discover, prioritize, and ship high-quality, compliant products that make lives better.
  • Serve as the main product contact with pharma clients to capture needs, align on value, validate solutions, and ensure impact
  • Maximize team output and decision velocity, leveraging integrated AI tools for research synthesis, requirements drafting, prioritization, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Outcomes

  • Craft a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap mapped to patient outcomes, user value, and business KPIs (e.g., activation, adherence, engagement, clinical endpoints).
  • Translate strategy into concrete goals, north-star metrics, and leading indicators

What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)

  • Clear strategy and outcome metrics are defined, instrumented, and improving quarter over quarter.
  • Tangible impact delivered (e.g., adherence ↑, time-to-insight ↓, retention ↑)
  • Leveraging established templates for road mapping, reporting, and more, while using and helping to build AI-augmented Product Management workflows to reduce time spent on synthesis, specs, and stakeholder comms.
  • Clients and cross-functional teams view you as a trusted, proactive partner – in short: it is clear you are the CEO of the product.

About You

  • Experience: 3–5+ years in Product Management with a track record of shipping software that moves measurable outcomes. Experience in with client facing products, digital health, pharma, industry-specific management consulting, or other regulated environments is a strong plus.
  • Grit: Demonstrates through experience great persistence and the ability to power through blockers and unravel difficult problems.
  • Discovery & Execution: Expert in problem framing, prioritization, and roadmap management; comfortable writing PRDs and contributing to agile ceremonies.
  • Data & Experimentation: Proficient with metrics, A/B testing, and decision-making under uncertainty
  • AI Fluency: Habitually leverages AI tools to maximize workflow efficiency; familiarity with fundamentals of LLMs/ML, prompt design, evaluation, and responsible AI considerations is a plus.
  • Platform Mindset (Plus): Experience with platform products (APIs, SDKs, ecosystems, multi-tenant architectures, modular services)
  • Domain (Plus): Familiarity with life sciences and digital health, including interfaces with Regulatory/Quality/Security, GDPR/HIPAA, SaMD, and evidence generation.
  • Collaboration: Exceptional communicator who influences without authority; comfortable interfacing with senior client stakeholders.
  • Education: Min. Master's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Design, Biomedical, or Business).
