Senior Quality Documentation Specialist

About the Role  

As a Senior Documentation Specialist at NOV Flexibles, you will join a dedicated team within the Quality Department, based in Brøndby and Kalundborg. You will be responsible for managing project documentation, ensuring consistency, compliance, and delivery to both internal and external requirements. This includes preparing documentation packages, coordinating and collecting documents, distributing information, and working closely with engineering departments and the Kalundborg documentation team.

Key Responsibilities 

• Serve as the primary contact for customers and suppliers regarding project documentation.
• Ensure all documentation is delivered according to customer and internal requirements.
• Manage supplier documentation in RigDoc document management system.
• Prepare project-specific documentation aligned with customer specifications.
• Work across multiple systems to manage final project documentation.
• Handle internal documentation (As-Built) and prepare MDBs for customer delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential:

• 3–5 years of experience in documentation and quality (Document Control/Document Management systems).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Structured and systematic approach with strong attention to detail.
• High commitment to quality and compliance with procedures.

Desired:

• Proficiency in Danish (advantage, not mandatory).
• Experience with ERP systems and document management platforms.
• Document Control certification or related librarian background (Cand.Scient.Bibl.).
