Coloplast, one of the world's leading med-tech companies, just launched a new 5-year strategy called Impact4. The strategy includes significant investments into two new transformational technology programs aimed at delivering next-level user experiences for chronic patients and driving up scalability within global manufacturing.

Strategic Alignment, Business Partnering, and Program Leadership

As DD&IT Business Partner for Chronic Care, you will:

• Translate business strategies into clear, accountable DD&IT outcomes, ensuring organizational commitment to shared priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, managing DD&IT portfolios and leading significant global programs with strategic impact.
• Build strong relationships with governance bodies, executives, and external vendors, effectively communicating the benefits and priorities of DD&IT initiatives.
• Champion future-oriented solutions, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure DD&IT investments deliver measurable business value.

Main Responsibilities

• Strategic Alignment: Ensure business strategies are translated into measurable DD&IT outcomes and organizational commitment to shared goals.
• Business Partnering: Own the success of the DD&IT business partnership with Chronic Care. Including, advise relevant EVP and senior leadership, manage intake and prioritization of business requests, and coordinate with portfolio and delivery teams on behalf of the business.
• Program: Lead global programs with strategic impact across multiple business areas. Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with ELT, SVP, and VP stakeholders. Lead steering committee sessions, prepare executive-level updates, and set direction and governance at ELT-1 level. Manage cross-functional teams (40–70 internal employees and 40–70 external consultants/contractors), and maintain program roadmaps with clear milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation plans.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with governance bodies and senior stakeholders, communicate value propositions, and lead change management efforts.
• Organizational Enablement & Change Leadership: Set program direction, empower program and project managers, and act as a change agent for digital transformation.

Key Stakeholders

• Internal: Executive Leadership, Business Unit Leaders, DD&IT Leadership Team, EVP for the assigned Function, Corporate Functions (HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance).
• External: Technology Vendors & Managed Service Providers.

Geographic Responsibility

• Ensure global scalability of solutions, involve global stakeholders, and demonstrate a strong global mindset.
• Engagement with key stakeholders will require worldwide travel (10–20 days per year).
• Part of the Chronic Care Leadership team is globally distributed in line with Coloplast's sales and marketing footprint, so flexibility to accommodate their timezones will be required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering).
• 10+ years' experience in project and program director roles, with a proven ability to deliver complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Success in business partnering and engaging senior executives to shape strategic roadmaps.
• Deep understanding of enterprise governance frameworks and program management standards.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong strategic mindset and executional rigour.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements, including QA and GxP, within a global context is an advantage.
• Strong business acumen and financial understanding.
