Are you ready to become part of the administrative backbone at VENZO and take ownership of processes, contracts, and data management?

We're looking for a detail-oriented and responsible individual who can lead legal and administrative workflows.. You'll play a key role in ensuring our internal systems run smoothly and efficiently. As Contract Manager, you'll also collaborate closely with external partners, including other companies within the valantic group.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Drafting and administration of employment contracts, addendums, subcontractor agreements, etc.
  • Tender Management and Sales Processes: Responsible for coordination and project management of selected major bids/tenders.
  • Time Tracking, Data Governance and Operations: Overseeing employee data during onboarding/offboarding and ensuring efficient operations and handling of projects and resources involved in VENZO's client deliveries, including monthly invoicing (in collaboration with relevant teams).
  • HR Operations: Managing ongoing employee matters such as sick leave, parental leave, government relations, and maintaining employee guidelines.
  • Close Collaboration with Finance and External Stakeholders: Calculating figures, prices, and discounts as part of intercompany deliveries.
  • Structuring Administrative Systems: Systematising selected business processes and following up effectively to ensure continuity and order.
  • Coordination of Legal Documents and Agreements with External Partners
  • Electronic Document Management: Using platforms such as Penneo and DocuSign.
What Are We Looking For?
Educational Background:

We expect you to have one of the following:

  • A legal education (e.g. bachelor/master in law, , or legal secretary background).
  • An administrative or business-oriented education (e.g. bachelor in Business Administration, Public Administration, or similar with a focus on contract management and governance).
Experience Level:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in legal, administrative, or contract-related work, including contract handling, data governance, and process management.
  • Experience with system management (e.g. TimeLog, DocuSign, Penneo) and coordination across teams (internal and external).
  • Preferably experience from environments where precision, structure, and handling of sensitive personal data are critical – such as legal, financial, or contract-focused work.
Characteristics and Skills:
  • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable with both contracts and administrative tasks.
  • Experienced in coordinating between multiple parties – internal teams and external stakeholders – and managing data governance across systems.
  • Pragmatic approach with solid business understanding of both finance and operational processes.
