We are looking for two new colleagues to help safeguard Novonesis' IT landscape by ensuring that systems, services, and operations meet the highest standards of quality, security, and regulatory compliance.

In IT, our vision is to enable business strategy through standardized, scalable, and innovative IT solutions. You will be part of the IT Quality & Compliance team, which supports compliance requirements for enterprise IT systems by ensuring they meet global standards. The team consists of 8 specialists providing compliance oversight, system validation, assurance and readiness for audits, customer expectations and regulatory obligations.

As part of a new global organization, you will help establish and maintain IT quality and compliance frameworks. You will be working closely with stake-holders across IT, Quality, and business units globally.

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior IT Quality Specialist, your tasks will include:

• Ensuring IT compliance with global regulations and internal requirements, particularly in relation to GxP, ISO, and data privacy standards.
• Participating in internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections.
• Supporting implementation and maintenance of IT quality management processes, including documentation, deviation handling, and change management.
• Contributing to the development and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and training materials.
• Providing guidance to IT and business stakeholders on compliance requirements.
• Supporting quality assurance activities across global IT projects and systems.
• Collaborating across functions to drive continuous improvement in compliance and quality.

To succeed in the role, you:

• Have a degree in IT, science, engineering, or a related field.
• Bring experience from a similar role in IT quality and compliance, preferably within a regulated industry (e.g. life sciences, pharma, biotech).
• Are familiar with quality management systems, documentation practices, and audit readiness.
• Understand frameworks like GxP (GAMP5, ed.2, Annex 11, FDA 21 CFR Part 11 etc.), ISO27001 and data integrity principles.
• Can translate complex regulatory requirements into practical actions.
• Are structured, analytical, and proactive.
• Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
