Join us as our new Senior test Manager

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the establishment and implementation of automated testing capabilities within our S/4HANA transformation program. This strategic role will be responsible for defining and executing the test automation strategy, building testing frameworks, and ensuring quality assurance throughout the ERP implementation lifecycle.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

• Design and implement a comprehensive automated testing strategy for the S/4HANA program
• Establish test automation frameworks, standards, and best practices aligned with SAP methodologies
• Define the automation roadmap covering unit, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
• Select and implement appropriate test automation tools and technologies for SAP S/4HANA environments
• Build and maintain automated test scripts for critical business processes and integration scenarios
• Lead the overall test management function across all program phases (design, build, deploy, hypercare)
• Develop and maintain the master test plan, including scope, approach, resources, and timelines

To succeed you must hold:

• 5+ years of experience in test management, with at least 3 years in SAP environments
• Proven track record of implementing test automation in large-scale ERP transformation programs
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition)
• Experience managing end-to-end testing across multiple SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.)
• Demonstrated success in establishing automated testing frameworks from the ground up
  Technical Skills
• Understanding of SAP technologies including ABAP, Fiori, SAP GUI, and SAP integration middleware
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
• Full professional proficiency in English
• A strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management skills
