Your Key Responsibilities: A Day in the LifeIn this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of new clients. You'll be the bridge between our powerful digital marketing solutions and the business goals of our clients. Your daily tasks will include:
- Proactive Client Engagement: Make outbound calls to new and potential clients to promote our services, understand their objectives, and provide tailored solutions that address their specific needs.
- Strategic Campaign Setup: Design and set up strategic, results-driven PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns. Your goal is to ensure both immediate impact and long-term performance, positioning clients for sustainable growth.
- Driving Growth and Adoption: Actively work to increase ad spend and drive campaign upsells. You'll also work to ensure clients fully adopt and leverage our tools to maximize their ROI.
- Data Management: Maintain and update a detailed customer database with complete information, ensuring seamless and organized client management.
- High-Volume Client Interaction: Confidently handle a high volume of client interactions daily, whether by phone or other channels, ensuring every client receives a positive and personalized experience.
- Expert Consultancy: Provide expert advice on digital marketing strategies, helping businesses in the Danish market navigate the complexities of online advertising and achieve their goals.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional who combines digital marketing expertise with a proactive, client-focused mindset.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Language Proficiency: You must be completely fluent in Danish (C2 level) and highly proficient in English (C1 level). Your ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in both languages is critical.
- Proven Experience: You need at least 20 months of experience in a sales or marketing role, with a strong background in client-facing environments. Experience in managing and building client relationships is a must.
- Technical and Professional Skills:
- Autonomous Work: The ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and consistently meet goals.
- CRM Expertise: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools to manage client data and streamline business processes.
- Data-Driven Approach: Comfort using AI tools and interpreting insights to enhance your outreach strategies and decision-making.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to deliver professional presentations and write persuasive content.
Specialized Skills for the Nordic Market:
- Cultural and Market Insight: A deep understanding of the Danish and broader Nordic markets, including cultural nuances and business etiquette. This is key to building rapport and trust with potential clients.
- Strategic Thinking: The capability to identify and target high-potential companies and navigate complex business challenges with creative solutions.
- Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of local regulations, especially concerning data privacy like GDPR. You should be able to tailor your strategies to respect and address clients' high focus on data protection.
- Ecosystem Knowledge: A strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem in Nordic countries, allowing you to effectively position our solutions as a valuable and integrated tool.
