Sales & Operations Coordinator (Office and Field)

We are looking for a motivated and well-organized 
Sales & Operations Coordinator
 to join our team in Copenhagen.

In this role, you will work both 
in the office and in the field
, supporting our sales and operations activities.

You will be responsible for handling client communication, preparing offers and contracts, attending site meetings, and helping coordinate cleaning projects with our operational teams.

This position requires excellent communication skills in 
both Danish and English
, as you will interact directly with Danish contractors, suppliers, and public clients.

Responsibilities

• Present and promote EcoGenie's cleaning services to potential clients (office and site visits)
• Prepare offers, quotations, and follow up on ongoing projects
• Handle communication with existing and new clients in Danish and English
• Participate in on-site meetings with contractors and project managers
• Support the operations team with scheduling, documentation, and project coordination
• Ensure a professional and consistent client experience from first contact to delivery

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and spoken 
  Danish (fluent)
   and 
  English
• Experience with customer service, sales, or administrative support
• Well-organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple tasks
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license (category B)
   is preferred
