As our industry continues to grow, so do we We are now looking for a Junior Tender Manager to support with high-quality tenders and strengthen Cadeler's commercial opportunities in the offshore wind market.

What will you do?
As our new Junior Tender Manager, you will support the full O&M tender process, from analysing client requirements and shaping our proposal strategy to preparing pricing and tender material. You'll work closely with Sales, Procurement, Engineering and Legal to pull together accurate, compelling proposals that help position Cadeler to win new contracts.

Your Main Tasks Include

• Support end-to-end O&M tender preparation, including kick-off, planning, strategy development, cost estimation, pricing schedules and proposal documentation.
• Review client requirements (ITT/RFQ) and translate them into clear tender strategies, deliverables, and action plans in collaboration with Sales, Procurement, Engineering and Legal.
• Handle key administrative and coordination tasks such as documentation, meeting minutes, timelines, internal reporting, CRM updates and cross-department communication.
• Prepare and present internal approval material and participate in Executive Management reviews.
• Engage externally by leading clarification meetings with clients, supporting contract negotiations, liaising with Communications on press releases, and helping develop new customer relationships.
• Support process improvement and market insight activities by helping refine O&M sales tools and conducting market research.

We are looking for an organised and driven profile, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and enjoys working analytically with both commercial and technical topics.

We think you will be a good match if you:

• Hold a BSc or MSc in engineering or a commercial discipline.
• Have up to two years of experience within O&M, EPCI, T&I, offshore wind, oil & gas, or construction (an advantage, but not a requirement).
• Are comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, and familiar with SharePoint and Teams.
• Are proficient in spoken and written English.
