At Rains, we're in an exciting phase of growth and development. We continue to strengthen our international presence, evolve our portfolio — and our collections play a key role in how we connect with people worldwide. Now We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Category Coordinator to join our Design team, supporting the build and delivery of our collections — from initial ideas to launch. This is a role for someone who enjoys working with analysis, collaboration, and getting things done — and who can turn ideas into practical results while keeping a commercial perspective in mind.
The Role
As Category Coordinator at Rains, you become part of a growing and ambitious Design team, working closely with the Design Director and colleagues across the organization. The role is centered at the heart of the collection build, where collaboration, structure, and insight come together to support the journey from idea to launch. You will contribute with analytical insights and data, coordination, and operational support — making sure that the collections are well-planned, commercially relevant and delivered on time. The role offers meaningful responsibility, close collaboration with experienced stakeholders, and the opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment where learning and development are part of everyday work.
Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will support the Design team throughout the collection build by keeping structure, data, and communication on track. Your work will focus on maintaining an overview, supporting decisions with data, and helping ensure a smooth process from early planning to launch.
Your tasks will include:
- Updating and maintaining the range plan and collection data on an ongoing basis.
- Supporting collection analytics by reviewing sales data and product performance.
- Assisting the Design Director with collection briefs, research, pricing, and benchmarking.
- Helping coordinate communication around the collection to Marketing, Sales, Buying, and Product Development.
- Taking care of timelines and calendars to ensure deadlines are met and information is correct.
- Assisting the Design team with operational and practical tasks during season development.
- Working closely with internal teams and selected external partners to support day-to-day coordination.
- Stay informed on market trends to support decision-making and collection strategy.
The workplace will be at our headquarters in

You are proactive, yet collaborative, able to make decisions confidently while giving space for your team. You are driven to challenge the status quo, curious about new ideas, and able to balance initiative with discipline.
We imagine that you have:
- Relevant education within Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive decisions.
