MAN Financial Services is embarking on an exciting expansion into the Nordic-Baltic region. We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Area Finance Manager to spearhead our financial services performance in the east of Denmark. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a growing team and make a significant impact on our business. You will be part of a lean, agile regional sales team with direct access to senior decision-makers. Reporting to the MFS Brand Director Nordics & Baltics, the Area Finance Manager will be responsible for driving the commercial business for the east of Denmark, ensuring that set goals and targets are met.

Your Role

As an Area Finance Manager embedded within the sales organization, you will act as a trusted advisor to MAN salespeople and dealers, helping them integrate financing solutions into their vehicle proposals and close deals more effectively. This role bridges vehicle sales with financing, enabling sales teams to offer customers complete, value-driven transport solutions that include leasing, insurance, and tailored financing packages.

In this role, you will be responsible for a specific region and a number of dealers within the Danish market. You will work across several interfaces with multiple stakeholders, coordinating, supporting, and training vehicle salespeople (primarily in truck, van and bus segments) in the sales process and in the increasingly consultative sales approach.

You will collaborate closely with other Area Sales Managers (ASM) for aftermarket and truck/bus sales at MAN Truck & Bus Denmark & MAN dealers, working in a structured way on prospecting, packaging, and selling services that deliver the highest value to the customer. You'll also work closely with dealership management and sales teams to jointly develop plans that support customer needs, plan activities, campaigns and drive and follow up on commercial goals set out in the regional market and business plan.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has already gained experience in service sales, financing, insurance, and/or credit advisory services – and is now curious and ready for their next challenge

As a person, you are self-motivated, driven, and humble in how you approach your tasks. You have strong self-awareness and are capable of switching between operational and strategic work. Furthermore, you enjoy analyzing, structuring, and have strong communication skills as well as an ability to build lasting relationships.

Experience using CRM tools or sales analytics platforms is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • University degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent
  • Fluent in both Danish and English, written and spoken
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Valid driving license (B category)

Location

West - You are based in the western part of Denmark, in or around the Aarhus area, with the ability to travel to our office and other locations for sales, team and dealer meetings. You will travel to visit dealers and customers.
