The Role

We're on the lookout for energetic and motivated professionals to strengthen our European outreach — with a key focus on the Danish market. In this role, you'll reach out to organizations, present our innovative compliance and whistleblowing solution, and arrange qualified meetings for our business development team.

It's a flexible, remote position ideal for independent, target-oriented individuals who value autonomy, enjoy meaningful conversations, and are eager to earn based on performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contact companies across Denmark and other EU countries via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Initiate and manage conversations with business leaders and decision-makers about compliance and whistleblowing solutions.
  • Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team.
  • Keep records of all outreach activities updated in our CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly communication and appointment goals.

Desired Profile

  • Fluent in
    English
    ;
    Danish
    language skills are a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to manage your own workload effectively.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, or lead generation is helpful but not required.
  • Access to a Danish or EU phone line (costs covered by us).
