Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Strong English language skills (one or more Nordic languages is an advantage)
- ERP experience (preferably SAP or Oracle)
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to work to deadlines
- Experience in logistics or warehouse projects (including team coordination)

- Strong systems proficiency and data analysis skills
- Understanding of downstream processes and local trade environments within Pharma
- Experience with KPI and SLA management

- Understanding of process improvement and change management
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
