The role and your responsibilities

We are looking for a structured and service-minded Internal Sales Coordinator who thrives in a busy day with many different tasks. You will play a key role in our back-office operations and collaborate closely with colleagues across departments, especially within sales, customer service and logistics.

As Internal Sales Coordinator, you will become a part of our commercial team and work closely with Key Account Managers and the Customer Service team to ensure excellent support for customers and partners.

Your tasks will include:

  • Supporting our Key Account Managers with order handling, follow-up, and coordination
  • Handling customer inquiries and supporting the sales process from order to delivery
  • Maintaining and updating customer and product data in our systems
  • Coordination with suppliers, logistics and other internal stakeholders
  • Supporting with reports, overviews, and documentation
  • Ensuring a high level of service to customers and business partners

Who are you?

We imagine that you:

  • Have experience from a similar back-office or internal sales role
  • Are structured, proactive and service-oriented
  • Are a strong communicator, both in Danish and English
  • Thrive in a dynamic everyday life and take responsibility for your tasks
  • Are comfortable with IT systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) and have good Excel skills
  • Enjoy working closely with others in a positive and ambitious team
