About the role

As
QA Lead
, you will take ownership of our overall quality strategy. Your primary challenge - and opportunity - will be to
drive the shift from manual testing to scalable, automated quality practices
. You will shape how we build confidence in our systems, accelerate time-to-deploy, and support a reliable, compliant platform for critical healthcare operations. You will report to our CPTO and have affinities with multiple agile development teams.

Your responsibilities

Your day-to-day work will revolve around:

  • Defining and implementing the QA strategy across teams
  • Driving the transition from manual testing to automation
  • Building and maintaining automated tests across UI, API, and integration layers
  • Identifying and introducing new tools or frameworks where needed (e.g., Leapwork, UI Path, or alternatives)
  • Establishing QA standards, guidelines, and best practices for the team
  • Ensuring test coverage, quality metrics, and continuous improvement of release processes
  • Collaborating closely with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery
  • Supporting CI/CD improvements that increase release confidence and deployment speed
  • Participating in team rituals, reviews, and early refinement to prevent defects before they arise

What we're looking for

  • A true team player who is service-minded and comfortable partnering with developers and business stakeholders
  • Strong experience with test automation - ideally across UI and API levels
  • Experience with testing for C# and .NET
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, integrations, and data flows
  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks or tools (e.g., Testrail, Leapwork, UI Path, Postman, Selenium, Playwright, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and how automated testing fits into release workflows
  • Experience working in cloud environments (Azure experience is a plus)
  • A critical thinker with a passion for improving both what we build and how we build it
  • Ability to coach team members and influence quality practices across the organization
  • Experience balancing risk, compliance, and pragmatism in a fast-moving environment
