At Vikinor, Order Management is a core commercial function and a key touchpoint in the customer journey. In this role, you will take end to end ownership of order and delivery execution in a global supply chain environment. You will work as a hands on team lead, managing your own customer portfolio while supporting the broader team in maintaining consistent processes, high data quality, and a strong customer experience across all regions.

This role is based at the Vikinor HQ office in Søborg, Greater Copenhagen, Denmark.

Your Role:

Team Coordination and Support

• Act as a hands on working team lead, supporting colleagues in daily order handling, shipment follow up, documentation, and customer communication.
• Help ensure consistent processes, balanced workloads, strong service levels, and act as an escalation point for more complex cases.

Order Management for Own Customers and Team Oversight

• Own the full order lifecycle for your own customer portfolio, from order intake and confirmation through invoicing, follow up, and reporting.
• Support and review the team's order handling when needed, coordinate closely with Sales on order requirements, assist with quotations and proposals, contribute to monthly accounts receivable follow up, and provide structured weekly order and delivery reports as well as monthly performance summaries to management.

Delivery Planning and Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate proactively with factories and logistics partners to secure reliable shipment and delivery performance and disciplined shipment tracking.
• Manage delivery follow up for assigned customers, support colleagues in resolving logistics issues, and help ensure compliant and consistent delivery documentation.

Commercial Administration and Continuous Improvement

• Maintain structured and accurate commercial data, including sales price lists, customer directories, and order and delivery records.
• Provide weekly order and delivery reporting and monthly summaries to management, while contributing to improved workflows, documentation standards, and team collaboration.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience:
  Minimum five years of relevant experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Project Coordination, or similar roles, including experience from an international manufacturing company.
• Leadership exposure:
  Experience supporting or coordinating colleagues, with the ability to guide others and act as a natural point of escalation. Previous experience as a team lead is a plus but not required.
• Supply chain knowledge:
  Strong understanding of global supply chains and international delivery flows.
• Tools:
  Solid user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP and CRM systems.
• Working style:
  Structured, detail oriented, and service minded, with a strong sense of ownership and reliable follow through. Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently while collaborating closely with others.
• Communication:
  Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working across functions, cultures, and time zones.
• Language:
  Full professional fluency in English, written and spoken.
