Would you like to turn your theoretical toolbox into practical experience working with change management & PMO in a big global project with many stakeholders?

In Systems & Tools team we are looking for a student assistant to support with PMO and Change Management in a global project of developing and implementing a New Service Management System in our Service & Solutions organization.

You will join a team/department with 14 global colleagues all working in a project called Re-Imagine Customer Service developing and implementing a new Service Management System together with our IS organization. More specifically, you will support our PMO and change management track in the project together with 2 colleagues (externals) and in general support the project with ad hoc tasks. We guarantee a steep learning curve, and we look forward to sharing our knowledge with you – and hear about your ideas.

What is the job about?

•    Ad hoc and administrative tasks.

•    Content creation and quality assurance: Write, edit, and proofread a variety of materials including newsletters, how to process guides, power point presentations, e-mails, training materials etc., ensuring content aligns with tone of voice and brand guidelines.

•    Workshop preparation, participation and documentation: Assisting in preparing for meetings and workshops on defining communication strategies, plans and materials and documenting the outcome.

You will be working for 15 hours per week at our headquarter in Bjerringbro but we are of course ready to schedule your working hours around exams and school work. There is a possibility of working from home on agreed days.

What do you need to apply?

•    You are studying a master's degree within business, communication, or IT

•    You are detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. 

•    You show initiative and work proactively and independently on new assignments as this will help you make the most of your time with us.

•    You have an international outlook and speak and write English fluently.

•    You have grades in the highest quartile
