About the role
We are looking for Student Assistants to join our
Project Assistance department, currently consisting of 10 dedicated Student
Assistants. As a team, we support projects across NNE by ensuring smooth
administrative and practical execution, allowing project teams to focus on
their core responsibilities.
In this role, you will play an important part in
delivering high-quality support to project participants. Your tasks will range
from administrative and office support to coordination of meetings, events, and
everyday practical matters. The workday is busy, varied, and hands-on, offering
both responsibility and close collaboration with colleagues across the
organization.
We are looking for Student Assistants who can work
full-time in the Copenhagen area. Employment is expected to start in January or
February 2026. You have completed STX or HHX and are looking for a full-time
position until at least summer 2026.

How you might spend your days
As a Student Assistant, you'll be:
- Preparing meetings, including sending invitations, ordering catering, and setting up meeting rooms and materials
- Handling practical tasks related to workshops, seminars, and other events
- Electronic correction of disciplinary documents, etc.
- Coordinating company and customer gifts
- Assisting colleagues with office relocations and setup
- Supporting filing, copying, printing and other administrative duties, both manually and electronicall
- Managing various ad hoc administrative tasks.

What you bring to the role

- You communicate clearly in both written and spoken Danish and English
- You are comfortable using MS Office and willing to learn new IT systems
- You hold a valid driver's license.
