A team focused on innovative BI solutions for healthcare
As a Senior BI Specialist, you will be working in a department responsible for the BI solution across the Cura electronic health record (EHR) system. We are a small, close-knit team consisting of two (with you, three) employees and a manager. In addition, several technical profiles are part of the team on an ad hoc basis. The team is characterised by a high level of co-determination and having a significant say in how solutions are developed.

Shape the future of BI solutions end to end
As our new Columna Cura colleague, you will have a broad role working on the continued development of our on-premise BI solution, which is placed on top of the Cura EHR system (ERP). You will work with a complete Microsoft technology stack, and engage with both back end and front end.

You can look forward to:

• participating in developing and delivering data-driven services – supporting our customers in gaining optimum value from our product
• taking responsibility for the continued development of the BI solution end to end, from requirements specification with customers to back and front-end development, quality assurance and implementation.
• engaging in close dialogue with customers and colleagues about the further development of solutions as well as needs' clarification responding to customer enquiries and BI-related questions.

You must be able to speak and write Danish and English – non-Danish speakers will not be considered for the position.

An experienced technical profile with healthcare background

We are looking for a Senior BI Specialist with solid experience from the healthcare sector and an in-depth understanding of the Microsoft technology stack. With over 10 years behind us, we have developed a complex on-premise solution, so there is ample opportunity to dive into the technology and work with advanced BI challenges.

We expect you to have experience with:

• SQL – for data extraction, optimisation and database maintenance
• DAX – for advanced calculations and data modelling
• SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) – for ETL processes and data integration
• SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services) – for the design and maintenance of analytical data models

As a person you are driven by your keen interest in business intelligence combined with a desire to help colleagues and customers to succeed. You are both a professional and social asset on the team, and you enjoy sharing knowledge and co-creating the best solutions.
