This is an unique opportunity to join Arla Foods' Strategy and Business Development team, leading the business development agenda in the Global Marketing and Innovation team in Arla.

How You Will Make An Impact
As Senior Business Development Manager, you will become an integral part of lifting our joint agenda, which comprises of a series of responsibilities

• Member of the Marketing and Innovation (M&I) Leadership Team and Strategy and Business Development Leadership Team

• The delivery of key strategic projects linked to the M&I agenda

• Projects focused on specific business opportunities within our global brand portfolio (Lurpak, Starbucks & Castello)

• M&A and post-merger integration projects

• Selected projects tied to our global marketing transformation programme Next Generation Marketing

• Executive support to the Chief Marketing Officer and wider M&I Management Team, driving the annual meeting cadence and business planning process

You will become part of our Strategy & Business Development team, which consists of internal talent and people with consulting backgrounds. The team has significant opportunities to truly impact our business, as we are working on the most critical strategic projects across the full value chain.

What Will Make You Successful
For this position, we are looking for a person who brings

• Approximately 3-6 years of experience leading or co-leading complex strategic projects with senior sponsors and multiple stakeholders
• Experience from a management consulting firm or from an internal strategic business development role
• Relevant industry experience from a large FMCG company (advantage)
• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Strong command of PowerPoint and Excel; excellent proficiency in English (spoken and written)

You thrive in cross-functional environments, comfortably engaging senior stakeholders and diverse project teams.
