About The Job
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in fueling commercial growth by proactively identifying and engaging with potential clients. You will be part of the Commercial Development unit, reporting to our Group Commercial Development Director, and act as the first point of contact in our outreach efforts, turning insights into conversations and conversations into opportunities.
Role
Taking on the BDR role, you will operate with curiosity, structure, and commercial sharpness, using a personalized and data-driven approach to connect with decision-makers across industries. By working closely with marketing, partnerships, and sales, you will help ensure our go-to-market initiatives are seamlessly integrated and lead to measurable pipeline impact. Moreover, you will have various daily assignments covering areas such as:
- Executing high-quality, outbound outreach across LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Personalizing communication by role, industry, and market signals
- Identifying and engaging decision-makers across prioritized accounts
- Booking meetings and delivering warm handovers to Sales Leads
- Collaborating with marketing on campaign alignment and lead nurturing
- Following up on webinars, events, and partner campaigns to maintain momentum
- Supporting content refinement and outreach playbooks
- Keeping CRM updated with structured tracking, follow-ups, and insights
YOUR PROFILE
To become our new Business Development Representative, you are a naturally curious and proactive communicator with a passion for connecting with people and opening commercial doors. You thrive in structured, fast-paced environments and are motivated by uncovering opportunities and sparking the first meaningful conversation. Your ability to tailor messaging, engage decision-makers, and keep a disciplined CRM approach sets you apart.
Additionally, We Expect You To
- Bring strong written and verbal communication skills, both in B2B and B2C outreach.
- Be confident working across LinkedIn, email, and phone with outreach discipline.
- Tailor messaging effectively and follow structured cadences.
- Be familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar tools.
- Stay self-motivated, data-informed, and collaborative in your approach.
- Preferably have experience with B2B sales or digital services environments.
We are looking for someone who thrives on engagement, thinks like a connector, and takes pride in turning insight into opportunity. At last, we imagine you have 1–3+ years of experience in business development, outreach, or commercial engagement roles. You may also come from a background in sales, marketing, or communication, supported by experience in CRM systems and lead generation campaigns.
