Senior Frontend Engineer

We are looking for a passionate and highly experienced
Senior Frontend Engineer
to join our dynamic team at Moxso. As a senior member of our development team, you will play a key role in shaping our frontend architecture, driving UI/UX excellence, and mentoring colleagues, while contributing directly to the growth and success of our product. Product understanding

An important part of the senior frontend engineer role is a deep understanding of our product and our customers' needs. We expect you to go beyond coding by contributing to product development with insights and ideas. You must be able to put yourself in the customer's shoes and translate business objectives into intuitive and delightful user experiences. You'll collaborate closely with design, backend, and product to ensure our frontend reflects both technical excellence and real customer value. Your ability to think strategically, evaluate trade-offs, and align technical decisions with business priorities is crucial.

We envision that you:

• Have 7+ years of professional experience building modern web applications.
• Are highly skilled with

  , and have strong opinions on structure and best practices.
• Have experience with testing frameworks such as

  Playwright
  .
• Are comfortable making architecture and system design decisions that ensure long-term maintainability.
• Have experience mentoring, code reviewing, and setting best practices for frontend teams.
• Are familiar with responsive design principles.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with full-stack or backend collaboration, understanding how frontend connects with APIs and data models.
• Know how to integrate AI into your workflow.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage projects and foster alignment across teams.
• A track record of contributing to strategic technical decisions in a high-growth environment.
