Stillingsopslag Digital Director,

Som Digital Director vil du lede den digitale strategiske retning, den digitale planlægning og kanalstyringen på tværs af en række af dentsus største kunder. Du vil lede dine teams ved at styre og koordinere specialistteams og give strategisk retning. Du vil være kundens kontaktperson, opbygge en stærk kunderelation og udvikle en dyb forståelse af deres behov og forretningsmæssige udfordringer samt omsætte disse til digitale strategier på tværs af kanaler. Du vil fokusere på at fremme digital modenhed og innovation for at skubbe vores kunder til at blive markedsledere i deres kategori.

Som Digital Director hos dentsu vil du også være ansvarlig for at udvikle thought leadership, implementere initiativer og roadmaps i overensstemmelse med vores digitale proposition samt udvikle digitale færdigheder på tværs af vores team.

Hvad du skal lykkes med

  • Passion for digital innovation og løbende at teste nye strategier for at forbedre performance
  • Evne til at forstå kundernes digitale økosystem på tværs af købte og egne medier
  • Du skal være passioneret i forhold til at forstå og introducere nye dentsu-tjenester, teams og produkter til vores kunder for at optimere deres digitale aktiviteter og drive vækst
  • Sikre, at teamet leverer arbejde af høj standard, der opfylder kundernes forventninger
  • Arbejde sammen med strategi- og planlægningsteamet for at levere innovative og kreative løsninger
  • Styre hele processen fra briefing til levering af medieplaner og indsigt efter kampagner og aktiviteter
  • Holde dig opdateret om relevante problemstillinger – marked, branche og eget ekspertiseområde

Hvad du vil bidrage med

  • Stærke kommunikationsevner
  • Ekspertise inden for performancemedier og deres rolle i det bredere digitale økosystem
  • Kendskab til digitale medier, platforme og marketingteknologier
  • En stærk forståelse af forholdet mellem forskellige mediekanaler og dataanalyse til at understøtte dette
  • Evne til at opbygge tillidsfulde og samarbejdsorienterede relationer med kunder og kolleger
  • Du er nysgerrig og villig til at lære
  • Du er selvmotiveret og i stand til at styre din egen tid
