THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you excited about shaping the future of fashion accessories at Boozt? We're looking for a passionate and driven Senior Buyer for Women's Accessories, Bags & Jewellery to take the lead in one of our growing categories.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a true love for accessories, bags and jewellery - someone who wants to curate inspiring assortments, discover new brands, and drive commercial growth across the Nordics.

You'll join a dynamic e-tail business with strong ambitions for the Women's Accessories category. Working closely with our suppliers, you'll plan assortments, manage seasonal cycles, and bring to life the best product offering for our more than 4 million customers across the Nordic region.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will actively research and evaluate emerging brands, negotiate commercial terms and build strategic supplier partnerships to enhance brand portfolio.

Own the yearly planning for the category, understanding seasonal cycles and trends

Identify and onboard new brands and products to grow the assortment and maximize opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring the best commercial terms and partnership

Analyze sales and market data to optimize assortment, pricing, promotions, and inventory

Work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, Content, Supply Chain, and Tech to deliver a seamless customer experience

Ensure that the category delivers on revenue, margin, and growth targets

Combine creativity and commercial insight to create inspiring collections that resonate with customers

YOUR PROFILE

Strong understanding of fashion, market and upcoming trends and brands.

Strong KPI understanding and experience within analytical buying

Analytical and commercial mindset, with ability to take initiative and drive results

Structured and organized, with experience in seasonal planning and assortment management

Loves working in a high passed and agile work environment.

Entrepreneurial mindset

Minimum 3 years' experience in a buyer role within fashion/accessories/retail, strong analytical skills and proven commercial acumen and contract negotiation.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
