Platform Engineer

We're now looking for an experienced Platform Engineer with solid knowledge of our core components to strengthen our Platform Team.

Build scalable, high-impact data solutions
As a Platform Engineer, you'll play a key role in building, maintaining, and optimizing our Data-Platform components which is the heart in our product. You'll work with technologies that ensure our systems are scalable, reliable, and high-performing - supporting software products that make a real difference in the world.

You'll join a dedicated, experienced, and informal team where professionalism runs deep, and colleagues support and challenge each other. You'll have great freedom to shape your own tasks, contribute ideas, and grow both personally and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously configure and optimize key Data-Platform components:
  Elasticsearch, Kafka, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL
• Ensure high availability, data integrity, and performance
• Build Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using GitOps principles
• Ensure mechanisms for smooth upgrades and maintenance without downtime
• Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis on production issues

About you
We are looking for an experienced professional with solid hands-on experience in one or more of the core technologies below. You have a strong technical foundation in data-centric systems and a systematic, analytical approach to solving complex problems.

You take ownership of your work and strive for high reliability and quality in everything you do. Collaboration comes naturally to you - you share knowledge, communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing., and enjoy working closely with both development and operations teams.

Curiosity, accountability, and a drive for continuous improvement define your professional mindset.

You have experience with at least one of our core components:

• Elasticsearch
• Kafka
• MongoDB
• PostgreSQL

We consider it an advantage if you have experience with:

• Kubernetes
• Helm
• FluxCD
• Ansible
• Grafana stack
• Linux
• Python
• DGraph
