Internship - Customer Success Manager

Kan du give vores kunder det bedste du har i dig og være med til at kreativt at opbygge den aller bedste kundeservice i hele verden - seriøst? Er du nysgerrig for at lære hvordan man starter virksomhed? Er mobilbetalinger, kasseapparater og cloud baseret IT noget der fanger din interesse? Hvis alt det er et JA, så er Shopbox måske det helt rigtige sted for dit internship.

Vi er 20 medarbejdere fra 11 kulturer og har udviklet et produkt som giver butikker en masse overskud i hverdagen. Produktet er et tablet baseret kasseapparat med indbygget kundeklub, eshop, lagerfunktion og medarbejderhåndtering. Vi kalder det one business - one app. Læs mere på

Vores kontor ligger i det energiske Startup Village på Islands Brygge og vi deler et 800 m2 lyst kontor med 3 andre super spændende startups - et af dem Graduateland.

Ansvar og arbejdsopgaver
Dit overordnede ansvar bliver at skabe verdens bedste kundeservice. Det vil være dit ansvar at hjælpe vores kunder igang og håndterer deres spørgsmål når de ringer ind. Du vil blive ansvarlig for at vores kunder får leveret et godt produkt og en behandling udover det sædvanlige.

Herudover bliver dit ansvar også at hjælpe vores danske salgsteam med at blive en succes. Det involverer blandt andet at sætte Shopbox løsninger op i butikker rundt omkring i København, Det bliver sjovt og lærerigt, men det kan også kræve en indsats til tider.

Din profil
Du har et stærkt personligt drive kombineret med en systematisk og resultatorienteret tilgang til dit arbejde. Samtidig har du både stærke empatiske og kommunikative evner som gør dig i stand til at give det bedst mulige indtryk af dig og dermed Shopbox. Og ikke mindst et smilende væsen som skaber tryghed hos vores kunder. Alt samlet i en enorm energi og vinder indstilling.

Internshippet varer 6 måneder og er ubetalt. Efter endt internship vil vi sandsynligvis tilbyde dig en betalt deltids eller fuldtidsstiling. Det er meningen at vi skal skabe et betalt studie eller fuldtidsjob.
