IT Transformation Lead

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to guide Orifarm's IT transformation journey. As IT Transformation Lead, you will orchestrate initiatives across IT domains and business-facing teams, aligning IT capabilities with business priorities.

About The Job
This role is embedded within the IT Transformation Office, which acts as the governance backbone alongside IT Portfolio & Project Management and Enterprise Architecture in IT. You will be pivotal in Orifarm's shift from a reactive service-oriented IT function to a business-aligned, domain-driven organization:

• You will orchestrate transformation initiatives across central shared services such as infrastructure, data, OT, and security, as well as business-facing delivery teams.
• You will align IT capabilities with business priorities, ensuring harmonization across geographies and domains while preserving flexibility for differentiation.
• You will scale cross-cutting capabilities and improve portfolio governance to support the "One Orifarm" vision.
• You will drive adoption and change management, ensuring teams embrace new processes and ways of working.
• You will collaborate closely with PMO, Enterprise Architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable value from transformation initiatives.

You will report directly to the CIO of Orifarm, and become part of Corporate IT in Odense, contributing to a globally aligned technology function. IT is seen as an important strategic function in Orifarm and the CIO is a part of the Executive Management Group.

Who are you?
We expect that you are an experienced professional capable of leading large-scale initiatives and guiding complex organizations through IT transformation and that you have 8-10 years of experience in IT roles.

Additionally, we imagine that:

• You have extensive experience designing and implementing business-aligned IT operating models.
• You are skilled in managing multiple projects and portfolios, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring governance standards.
• You have strong experience in adoption and change management, helping teams implement new processes and ways of working.
• You bring leadership experience and can influence senior stakeholders while fostering collaboration across geographies.
• You hold a relevant degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience, and are fluent in English.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or other regulated sectors is a strong advantage, and you thrive in structured, yet innovative environments.
