As a Senior Product Designer at Spirii, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our innovative products. You will collaborate with colleagues across the business to create beautiful, user-friendly designs that delight our customers and drive the future of EV charging.

As an individual contributor in a cross-functional team, your impact will extend beyond design execution to encompass design leadership and knowledge sharing.

Your expertise in user research, prototyping, and design methodologies will be critical in influencing product decisions and achieving business objectives.

You will report to our Product Design Director.

What You Will Do

• Build: Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring impact and consistency across our digital products.
• Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring your designs to life, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs.
• Innovate: Stay ahead of design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table. Your creativity will help us stand out in the fast-evolving EV industry.
• Discover: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Write: Copy is an essential part of our product, and you will be writing and testing basic microcopy for the product you will be working on.
• Ensure: That the products we build are usable by everyone. Accessibility is part of any task that we carry out.

Who You Are

• Skills: Ability to work within open-ended briefs and build solutions from 0 to 1.
• Creativity: A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating stunning, user-friendly designs. Ability to think outside the box and bring innovative solutions.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment where priorities can shift rapidly.

• Collaboration: The Product Design team is new and growing. We are looking for someone who wants to help define our culture and make our team the most supportive, inclusive and fun in the world.

Qualifications

• +5 years of experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.
• Proficiency in Figma and supporting design tools. Experience with building Design Systems is a plus.
• Experience within the e-Mobility industry is a plus.

The position is a permanent position in Copenhagen, Denmark. Danish language is not a requirement, but Fluent English language skills are required.
