What does a Senior Account Manager do at Hogarth?
The Senior Account Manager plays a vital role in the successful running of client accounts by providing strong leadership in campaign delivery and client servicing. They will be a master of project management and stakeholder communication, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met and expectations with clients and internal teams are effectively managed. They will act as a trusted representative of account management in all aspects, from day-to-day execution through to strategic planning. The Senior Account Manager will deliver projects with precision and professionalism, while fostering long-term client relationships and developing best practices across their accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for key clients, building strong, long-term partnerships. Understand client goals and proactively provide strategic guidance to deliver value and growth opportunities.
Project & Account Leadership: Oversee a portfolio of client projects, ensuring seamless delivery that meets both client expectations and company standards. Drive efficiency and consistency across all accounts.
Team Collaboration & Development: Work closely with producers, creatives, and technical teams to deliver integrated solutions. Foster a culture of collaboration, support, and knowledge-sharing within the team.
Business & Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability of accounts. Support new business development, including proposals, scoping, and pitching.
Strategic Growth & Innovation: Identify opportunities for account growth and contribute to shaping client strategies. Champion best practices and innovative approaches to enhance client satisfaction and outcomes.
Reporting line
This role reports to the Content and Production Director, New Business.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in account management within advertising, creative production, or marketing.
Proven track record of managing complex, multi-market campaigns from briefing to delivery.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships.
Experience collaborating with creative, production, and strategic teams in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Previous experience working in a global agency or with multinational clients is highly desirable.
