What You Bring
We're looking for a tech-experienced leader with an interest in innovation in financial markets. You have deep technical understanding - ideally gained from hands-on experience in building and delivering complex solutions. You understand what's possible with modern technology and can translate that knowledge into smart, practical strategies for our products.

You see the big picture and know how to connect technology with business goals. As a technical specialist, you'll set the technical vision, inspire your team, and ensure our solutions are both innovative and professional. Your insights will help us deliver real value to our customers and keep us ahead of market technology

What You'll Do
As a Domain Product Owner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our digital solutions and ensuring they deliver real value. Your responsibilities include:

• Fixed seat in the Fixed Income management group, contributing to strategic decisions.
• Acting as the voice of customers and stakeholders - gathering feedback, aligning priorities, and supporting their needs throughout development
• Defining and communicating a clear product vision that connects business goals with customer needs.
• Owning and prioritizing the product backlog, focusing on high-value features and user stories.
• Collaborating closely with Quant and development teams to embed data-driven, innovative solutions.
• Evaluating completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and aligns with the product vision.
• Planning and executing product releases that deliver incremental value to customers and the business.

• Deep technical expertise in your domain, enabling you to make informed decisions and advocate for both customer and stakeholder needs.
• Strategic mindset - balancing immediate delivery with long-term value creation across the product lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills, allowing you to clearly explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ownership mentality, taking responsibility from vision to execution and ensuring value at every stage.
• Collaborative spirit, working closely with Quants, developers, solution architects, and product teams to embed advanced solutions and maintain focus across the domain.
