Main purpose of the role

As a Key Account Manager – Nordics (preferably based in Aarhus), you will work within our busy sales team, supporting the Nordics business across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. This is an exciting opportunity to manage relationships with leading retailers, build commercial strategies, and work with some of the most iconic global entertainment brands alongside our strong Jakks-owned IP portfolio.

Relationships are key to the success of this role, which requires collaborative working internally with sales, marketing, and operations teams, and externally with our retail partners. You will also liaise closely with our international colleagues to maximize opportunities across product, marketing, and sales.

This role will involve some international travel to attend trade shows and customer meetings as required.

Toy industry experience is a must.

Key duties and responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)


• Manage and grow existing retail and distribution partnerships within the Nordic region.


• Support the implementation of strategic account plans to drive sales and increase market share.


• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless product launches and campaigns.


• Liaise with global US brand teams and local EMEA markets on sales, marketing, and licensing initiatives.


• Assist in the creation of customer-specific sales plans, activations, and promotional campaigns.


• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth.


• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to communicate performance and strategies.


• Participate in regular account reviews, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.


• Opportunity for travel across the Nordics and internationally for key meetings, previews, and trade events.

Education and experience


• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field.


• 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, or related roles, preferably within consumer goods, toys, or entertainment industries.


• Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).


• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.


• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
