Warehouse Coordinator

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient
Warehouse Coordinator
who will operate independently and be responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, supply chain awareness, and a hands-on approach to managing inventory, logistics, and order fulfillment.

As a one-man warehouse operation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate stock handling, optimizing warehouse processes, and supporting customer delivery commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations independently, including receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Oversee
  inventory control
  , ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing discrepancies
• Receive goods, inspect for quality and accuracy, and properly store inventory
• Prepare and process orders for delivery or collection, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate with logistics partners, drivers, and carriers to schedule pickups/deliveries
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in line with company safety policies
• Monitor stock levels
• Implement efficient storage and retrieval methods to optimize space and workflow
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and internal procedures
• Provide occasional administrative support related to invoicing, documentation, and reporting

Qualifications

Required

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics (ideally 3+ years)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, loading, and unloading stock
• Valid driver's license
• English, Danish is a plus

Preferred

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Understanding of supply chain processes
• Experience in construction materials or industrial products
• Forklift license or materials handling certifications
