About The Role & The Team
We are looking for a
DevOps Team Lead
to join our Product and Development team. This is a
hands-on leadership role (around 70% hands-on and 30% leadership)
, where you will design and build scalable infrastructure, guide engineers, and help shape the technical direction for our platform's reliability, security, and delivery speed.

As a Lead, you will mentor and influence others, solve complex infrastructure problems, and share knowledge openly. You will take pride in improving how we work, in giving and receiving honest feedback, and in encouraging curiosity, ownership, and the courage to question fundamentals. This role starts at 79,000 DKK per month and can grow up to 89,000 DKK as you develop. You'll be part of our structured career framework, which includes regular development talks. What You Will Do

• Lead the technical roadmap for platform reliability and security, ensuring alignment with overall engineering and business goals.
• Lead the technical development and performance of engineers on the team, setting the bar for technical excellence and fostering a culture of ownership, high performance, and continuous learning
• Design, architect, and deploy resilient, scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.
• Define and drive strategic improvements to CI and CD pipelines to optimize delivery speed and quality for multiple development teams.
• Serve as the primary technical partner for compliance and security teams, ensuring the infrastructure meets strict requirements for certifications (ISO27001, Esquema Nacional de Seguridad High, etc.).
• Influence architectural decisions across application systems to ensure long-term scalability and performance.
• Oversee the configuration and maintenance of integrations with monitoring systems, SIEM platforms, and internal IT tools.

What You Bring

• Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing engineers or managing complex technical projects within an infrastructure or DevOps context.
• Deep expertise in AWS, Terraform, and GitHub Actions, with a track record of successfully deploying and managing highly available, secure cloud environments.
• Extensive experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
• Strong fundamentals in infrastructure security, identity management, and compliance controls.
• Proficiency with macOS and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with development in Angular, TypeScript, Laravel, PHP, or Node would be an advantage.
