Role Description

As our Revenue Operations Specialist, you'll play a central role in scaling our go-to-market engine by building, maintaining, and optimizing the systems and processes that power Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

You'll report directly to the Chief Financial Officer, and shape the operating system that keeps our Go-to-Market engine running smoothly, ensuring that
insights are reliable, and customers experience a seamless journey from first touch to renewal.

In close collaboration with stakeholders across teams you'll work to turn operational challenges into scalable solutions
,
whether through workflow automation, process design, or smarter use of data. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you will build the foundation for long-term scalable growth while also executing the day-to-day improvements that keep the revenue engine running predictably and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize revenue processes across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to support scalable growth.
  • Act as the business owner for HubSpot CRM, ensuring complete data integrity and enforce compliance with data hygiene standards.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into funnel performance, conversion rates, and key revenue KPIs.
  • Partner with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking, connecting sales activity to financial outcomes.
  • Drive adoption of CRM processes through clear documentation, training, and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate across teams to identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical, data-driven improvements.
  • Manage integrations between marketing, sales, and analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong, etc.)
  • Evaluate and integrate tools that automate workflows, enhance data flow, and strengthen the commercial tech stack.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations that support leadership decision-making

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including workflow automation, reporting, and data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to turn data into actionable business insights.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; credible with both commercial and finance leaders.
  • Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
