Your new role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Associate Director, Strategic Key Account Management to lead the development and execution of partnerships with key online providers — including eHealth platforms, telemedicine services, and online pharmacies — across Europe and Canada.

This is a high-impact role where you'll shape and deliver our commercial alliance strategy, drive innovation in partnership models, and strengthen our digital commercial ecosystem.

Among your key responsibilities:

  • Lead Strategic Partnerships: Identify, develop, and execute business plans for strategic key accounts, focusing on online healthcare providers.
  • Drive Business Development: Develop and implement partnership initiatives that accelerate our commercial objectives and enhance patient access and engagement.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert: Guide strategy, evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and implementation of external commercial partnerships.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional and affiliate teams — including Marketing, Pricing, Legal, and Market Access — to ensure seamless partnership execution.
  • Build Best Practices: Establish frameworks for assessing, structuring, and managing new partnerships, ensuring scalability and compliance.
  • Enable Change & Growth: Lead organizational readiness, change management, and capability building for new partnership models.
  • Bring External Insights: Represent the company with key external stakeholders, drawing on best practices from FMCG and eCommerce sectors.

Your new department
You will be part of the newly established Strategic Account Management team, where we focus on delivering impact for patients across the region through exceptional account management, and by driving digital transformation. Our team is dedicated to lead the development and execution of partnerships with key online providers — including eHealth platforms, telemedicine services, and online pharmacies — across Europe and Canada. We work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where driving results through innovation and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do. Our core team is based in Copenhagen, while the accounts and partners will be based across the region. As we are spearheading the area, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our global success and make a difference for patients worldwide.

Your Skills & Qualifications
You hold a degree in Business, Marketing, Public Health, Communications, Public Policy, or a related field, along with:

  • Proven Expertise: 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic account management, or partnership management, ideally within Ecommerce, FMCG, or Healthcare sectors.
  • Deal Maker: A demonstrated history of negotiating and closing complex partnerships that deliver measurable commercial results.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance both commercial and non-commercial partnership models.
  • Influential Communicator: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, enabling collaboration across diverse teams and geographies.
  • Global Leader: A natural ability to lead and inspire in a matrixed, international environment, bringing cultural sensitivity and strategic vision to every interaction.
