Din rolle
Som vår nye Area Sales Manager vil du, som en del av salgsteamet, ha ansvar for eget salg i ditt område og være vårt ansikt utad mot kundene. I tett samarbeid med vårt interne salgsteam, kundeservice og ettersalg vil du støtte kundene og fortsette å drive vår salgsvekst. Stillingen rapporterer til Regional Sales Manager Nordic & British Isles.
Med solid erfaring innen teknisk salg og utvikling av markedsandeler innen kjølebransjen, vil din hovedoppgave være å selge våre avanserte CO₂ kjøle- og varmesystemer til detaljhandel, oppvarming og industrisegmentet via relasjoner til sluttbrukere, kjølekonsulenter og entreprenører.
Sammen med dine dedikerte kolleger vil dere jobbe mot et felles mål om rask salgsvekst, bygge og styrke relasjoner med både eksisterende og nye kunder, gi råd til sluttbrukere og tilby kvalifisert teknisk støtte og sparring med prosjekterende konsulenter.
Du får en viktig rolle i et dynamisk selskap, med ansvar for salg i det norske markedet. Med din erfaring innen teknisk salg av kjølesystemer bidrar du til å sikre vår posisjon som markedsledende leverandør av CO₂ kjølesystemer.
Du kommer til å jobbe hjemmefra, men reiseaktiviteter i Norge og til hovedkontoret i Danmark er en del av jobben. Hovedsakelig kommer du til å reise i din region, til HQ i Danmark og delta på messer i én til to uker per år.
Hovedoppgaver
- Øke salget gjennom kunde- og markedsaktiviteter i tråd med globale og regionale planer
- Fokusere på nåværende og fremtidig vekst med bærekraftig lønnsomhet gjennom eksisterende og nye kunder i ditt salgsområde
- Støtte kunder med tekniske avklaringer og løsninger
- Bygge og utvikle et sterkt nettverk med sluttbrukere i detaljhandel, kjølekonsulenter og entreprenører
- Utføre salgsaktiviteter med stort fokus på salgsprosess og kundeutvikling gjennom planlegging og verdibasert salg
Din bakgrunn
- Du har relevant faglig bakgrunn innen kjøling eller et beslektet område
- Gjerne mer enn 5 års erfaring fra kjøle- og HVAC-bransjen, med dokumenterte salgsresultater innen B2B-salg
- Erfaring fra detaljhandel eller industrisektoren er en fordel
- Solid teknisk erfaring innen kjøleteknologi – helst med naturlige kjølemidler
- Du er åpen, tar ansvar og jobber selvstendig og strukturert
- Du har en høy personlig drivkraft, en positiv innstilling og motiveres av ambisiøse mål
- For å lykkes i rollen må du være kundeorientert med gode kommunikasjonsevner og relasjonsbyggende ferdigheter
- Du snakker og skriver flytende engelsk

Advansor is looking for an ambitious Area Sales Manager to continue our successful sales development in Norway.
Your role
As our new Area Sales Manager, you will, as part of our sales team, be responsible for own sales in your area and be our face to the customers. In close collaboration with our internal sales team, customer support and aftersales you will support customers and continue to drive our sales growth. The position reports to the Regional Sales Manager Nordic & British Isles.
With your solid experience in developing technical sales and market shares within the refrigeration industry, your main function will be to sell our advanced CO2 refrigeration and heating systems in the retail, heating and industry segment via relationships to the end-users, refrigeration consultants and contractors.
As your dedicated colleagues, you will work towards a common goal of fast growth in sales, building and strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers, advising end-users and offer qualified technical support and sparring with designing consultants.
You will get an important position in a dynamic company, with responsibility for sales on the UK market. With your experience in technical sales of refrigeration systems, you contribute to securing our position as a market-leading supplier of CO2 refrigeration systems.
You will be working from home office, but travel activity in UK and to HQ in Denmark is part of the job. You will mainly be travelling in your region, to HQ in Denmark and participate in fairs one to two weeks per year.
Main tasks
- Drive sales by customer and market activities in line with global and regional plans
- Focus on current and future growth with sustainable profitability through existing and new customers in your sales area
- Support customers with technical clarifications and solutions
- Build and develop a strong network with Food Retail end-users, refrigeration consultants and contractors
- Perform sales activities with a strong focus on driving sales pipeline and customer development though planning and value selling
Your background
- You have a relevant professional background within refrigeration or a related businesses area
- Preferable + 5 years of experience from refrigeration and HVAC business, coming with a proven success record in B2B sales
- A background from Retail or industrial sector is an advantage
- Solid technical experience within refrigeration technology - preferably experience with natural refrigerants
- You have an open mindset, are willing to take responsibility and are good at working independently and structured
- You have a high personal drive, a positive attitude and are motivated by ambitious goals
- To be successful in this role, you need to be customer-oriented with excellent communicative and relationship-building skills
- You speak and write English fluently.
