Manufacturing and Global Procurement > Global Q&HSE > HSE Sales & Construction
Global HSE plays a strategic role at Vestas. Global HSE sets the playfield and the minimum HSE requirements globally, and provides global governance. Global HSE ensures the overall end-to-end Vestas HSE Management, Controls, Assurance and Performance in close collaboration with the Regions in line with the Vestas Strategy & Values. The function actively promotes the risk-based approach to HSE across the organisation.

Responsibilities

The Sales and Construction Senior Specialist, advises the organisation on how to improve health and safety performance of our contractors and minimise our impact on the environment and, oversee the delivery of the HSE strategy The role develops and measures the progress of the strategies for reduction of incidents, and environmental impact from our contractors based on the Global Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Management System and risk-based framework The Senior Specialist as a HSE Business Partner to the Sales and Construction function will provide leadership, direction, and management oversight for continuous improvement of the HSE Management system

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has experience in handling all aspects of a construction project - from inception through all stages of a project through to post-completion issues including interacting with the client - years of experience working on energy, infrastructure, and project finance matters Experience with EPC and procurement will be of value
