The position
will report to the Head of Medical Affairs, RareD, Cardiovascular and Emerging Therapy Areas. Qualifications For this role we’re searching for a person with a strategic mindset who can communicate regional priorities in light of the business needs and the ability to empower others through coaching or mentoring. The ideal candidate is good at negotiating with multiple stakeholders and can navigate in the matrix and prioritize regional needs while at the same time be able to support initiatives coming from other stakeholders (e.g. Global/IO) In addition: You preferably hold a medical degree (M.D.) with clinical neurology and/or hepatology experience. Substantial medical affairs experience preferably within neurology and/or hepatology. Strong presentation skills and results oriented personality, thriving in a setting with a high level of complexity and have solid problem-solving capabilities and a positive attitude Good business understanding and leadership experience Project-based activity and successfully delivering initiatives About the Department Novo Nordisk Region NWE is an operations unit under International Operations covering 13 countries with 7 elevated affiliates and 1 Business Area with 6 affiliates employing more than people. We are on a great growth trajectory growing from a large base. You get the opportunity to join an international, high performing team having a broad variety of interactions with key stakeholders in the organisation. The Clinical, Medical & Regulatory (CMR) organisation supports the planning and execution of clinical trials as well as development and implementation of medical strategies across all therapy areas and development phases.
