Som Legal Assistant i Customer Solutions behandler du sager ud mod kunden som vedrører regningsindsigelser, reklamationer, identitetsmisbrug, GDPR, klagenævn, værgebeskikkelser mv. Du vil også modtage opkald, hvor kunderne henvender sig med spørgsmål til sagshåndteringen, ligesom du vil hjælpe kundeservice, når de har brug for sparring indenfor juridiske aspekter. Du vil indgå i en turnusplan, hvor vi månedsvis skifter mellem teamets opgaver.

Vi vægter samarbejdet i afdelingen højt, og gør en dyd ud af at udleve One Team Spirit, ligesom sparring og feedback i teamet er en almindelig del af arbejdsdagen.

Som Legal Assistant bliver du orienteret om ny praksis og lovgivning generelt, som er med til at vi løbende må justere om i forhold til vores håndtering af vores sager.

Du er med til at sikre at mængden af klage- og nævnssager nedbringes, så vi på den måde støtter vores ambition om at kunden kommer først.

Målet er at levere branchens bedste sagsbehandling i overensstemmelse med gældende ret og tilsikre et højt kvalitetsniveau i både afgørelser og den generelle udgående kommunikation.

Hvem er du | nysgerrig på lovgivning | øje for kundeservice

Det er ikke et krav, men en fordel hvis du har stiftet bekendtskab med erhvervsjura. Har du ikke det, vil du med tiden blive oplært af dine kollegaer i teamet. Du vil stifte bekendtskab med en bred vifte af juridiske tvister, hvorfor vi vægter højt at du har et ønske om at lære at arbejde efter lovgivningen, og ligeså vigtigt er det, at du ønsker at levere en god kundeoplevelse.
