Personal & Business Customers Legal har ansvaret for alle juridiske forhold vedrørende bankens danske kunder i forretningsenhederne Personal Customers og Business Customers. Vi bidrager med juridisk input til en lang række områder. 

Vi er en afdeling med mange specialkompetencer, som vi skal kunne videreformidle til vores kollegaer i forretningen, både på dansk og engelsk, og ofte i samarbejde med kollegaer i de øvrige juridiske teams i Danmark og de øvrige nordiske lande. Vi støtter, så forretningen er ”klædt på ” til at møde kunderne. 

Du vil blive en del af vores Investment and Pension Legal team, der blandt andet håndterer investorbeskyttelse (MiFID II) og pensionslovgivning. Teamet er involveret i produktudvikling, udvikling af processer og systemer, lovfortolkning og implementering, konkrete kundesager, klagesager og generel rådgivning og sparring til forretningen, når det drejer sig om investeringsprodukter og -services samt pension. Bankens Private Banking afdeling er en væsentlig samarbejdspartner, som teamet arbejder tæt sammen med.

Investerings- og pensions legal teamet er en del af bankens Personal & Business Customers Legal, som består af 31 engagerede jurister. Vi er en del af Danske Bank Group Legal, og du bliver derfor også kollega til de øvrige ca. 200 jurister i ind- og udland. 

Engageret og struktureret jurist med solide kommunikationsevner   
Du er engageret, struktureret og detaljeorienteret og kan tage initiativ og arbejde selvstændigt. Du interesserer dig for finansielle produkter og den finansielle sektor generelt og besidder en stor allround viden om basale bankforhold.

Vi søger en kandidat, der:

Er uddannet . eller cand. merc. jur. og eventuelt advokat Har solid erfaring fra en bank eller anden aktør på det finansielle marked, et advokatkontor, eller relevante myndigheder Har erfaring med investorbeskyttelsesreglerne på investerings- og pensionsområdet (MiFID, PRIIPs, IDD . Erfaring med beslægtede områder, . fonde, asset management, markedsføring eller bankområdet generelt vil også være relevant Besidder fremragende kommunikationsevner og kan formidle komplekst juridisk stof klart både skriftligt og mundtligt til mange forskellige målgrupper  Er god til at opbygge relationer og kan lide at videndele og samarbejde med mange forskellige interessenter  Kan håndtere et højt arbejdstempo og bevare overblikket i en travl hverdag 

Yderligere har du gode engelskkundskaber både mundtligt og skriftligt, da en stor del af vores arbejde foregår på engelsk.
