- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing reward strategies aligned with organizational goals to attract, retain, and develop talent.
- Compensation Management: Design, implement and evaluate reward frameworks which align with performance management processes and incentivise high performance and contribution.
- Benefits Management: Design, manage and administer global benefit programs, including health, wellness, and retirement. Control benefit costs through the negotiation of benefit contract terms, plan design and participating in the competitive bid processes where required.
- Global Mobility Programs: Oversee and manage the organizations global mobility programs, which include international assignments, relocations, and immigration processes.
- HRIS Management: Leads the design, build and deployment of new practices in the organizations reward system and continuously evaluate the effectiveness with business leaders, HR Directors, and Business Partners.

- Diversity and Inclusion: Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and support diversity in the workplace.
- HR Analytics: Utilizing reward data and analytics to drive informed decision-making, measure reward metrics, and continuously improve reward programs, processes, and initiatives.

About you
We take pride in co-creating high-impact solutions and reward initiatives that are aligned with our business strategy. Your passion and energy come from collaborating with colleagues to drive meaningful results that empower our organization. You will hold a bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, finance or a related field and be a chartered member of a relevant professional body. Whilst time-served is not a primary determinant, you are likely to have a minimum 5-7 years functional management experience, preferably with at least 3 in an international matrixed organization. You will hold exceptional industry knowledge, specialise in reward, remuneration or compensation, and hold strong thought leadership capability to lead the development of reward policies and practices in AAK.

To be successful in the role you will also need:
- Strategic Thinking: Knowledge of the importance of "big picture" thinking and planning; ability to apply organizational acumen and competitiveness to identify and maintain focus on key success factors for the organization.
- Budgeting: Knowledge of organization's budget process; ability to apply policies and practices for planning and administering a budget.
- Compensation Management: Knowledge of compensation structure, and regulations and policies related to compensation; ability to design, implement and evaluate compensation programs, policies, and processes within an organization.
- Business Case Justification: Knowledge of the how's and why's of preparing and justifying business cases and value propositions; ability to justify business expenditures by identifying cost, benefits, ROI, opportunities, and risks.
- Benefit Programs: Knowledge of employee benefits programs, processes, issues, and considerations; ability to design and implement benefits programs.
- Workforce Analytics: Knowledge of reward trends and issues; ability to analyze workforce data, information and metrics and apply the results to support business decisions.

AAK offers you
- An exciting role with visibility and impact following a rescoping of the function with additional competences, empowerment to drive change and support successful execution of the business strategy.
- A pioneering multi-oil ingredients house, specializing in plant-based oils and fats, driving innovation and sustainability.
- International exposure and collaborating with a diverse team.
- Investment in your development with training, mentorship, and career paths.
- A diverse and inclusive workplace that values every individual's perspective and talents.
